Beginnings and History

In early 2011, our pastor, Jason Comer felt directed to plant a new church in the Warner Robins area. With the help of 30 people who believed in the dream, Centerpoint Church launched on September 11, 2011! That first Sunday, 133 people attended at our portable location at the Galleria Conference Center. The next year, we relocated to our current Feagin Mill Road location. Two years after launching, God allowed us to purchase our current building. And by the 4-year mark, we were able to do an expansion on our building.

Today, we are seeing almost 1,000 people attend Centerpoint weekly and the future is bright! God has been faithful!

From the beginning, Centerpoint has focused on helping people find hope in Christ, find community with other believers, and find purpose through using their gifts to serve others. We have seen many salvations and have celebrated hundreds of baptisms throughout the years! The message of the Gospel, combined with a fresh, friendly atmosphere has been the foundation for creating a place where God is worshiped, lives are changed, and families are strengthened. God is at work at Centerpoint Church. We invite you to see for yourself how exciting and life-giving church can be! We hope that you will join us on our mission to help people make Christ the center point of their lives!
